Isaiah 48

v-20 The Lord has redeemed His servant.

v-1 He has this against me:

I am not in truth, sincerity or righteousness.

v-4 Things of opposition happened because of rebellion and willfulness.

My dad used to say I was obstinate.

My Father says, “Because I knew that you were obstinate, and your neck was an iron sinew and your brow was brass.

v-5 From the beginning God had a different plan. You think that provision can only come through your dogs. idolatry.

v-6 God says that He has told me to cut back on my dogs before, but I will do not bear witness to it. I say “Yes”, with my mouth, but do something else with my heart.

v-6 You have heard these things foretold. God has for a long time be showing me to cut back on my work, or keeping of dogs. I could not see how to survive without this. Now I see the fulfillment of it, but only with my faith. Naturally, I have no knowledge of how I can survive without breeding dogs. But I must bear witness to it. I show you specified things from this time forth, even hidden (reserved) things of which I have not known.

v-7 They are created now, or when I come into agreement with what God is declaring here and I speak them.

Called into by prophetic word.

My ear has not been open before to this.

v-11 I will not permit the worshipers of idols to triumph over you.

v-15 – I have for foretold it; yes, I have called you. I have brought you and shall make your way prosperous.

v-16 Come near to me and listen to this. I have not spoken in secret. Now the Lord has sent His Spirit in and with me.

v-17 Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: I am the Lord your God Who teaches you to profit, Who leads you in the way that you should go.

If you leave Babylon, then:

1. Your pear and prosperity will be like a flowing river.

2. Your righteousness like the waves of the sea.

3. Your offspring like sand; descendants like offspring of sea. They are not cut off.

Go with voice of singing.

Declare, tell this to go forth.

“The Lord has redeemed me”

v-21 The Lord split the rock.

You have not been this way before. The way you are is different now.
